I have a black hawk Bisley 357 ,I’m looking to have a 41 mag built. Seems the 357 cylinders are shorter then the 41 mag. So boring a 357 to 41 will limit bullet weight. So I would like to find the longer cylinder in a caliber that can be rechambered to a tight 41 mag. In stainless no less. Does such a unicorn exist? I could look for a 41 mag cylinder but prefer to be able to bore it out. Ps unfluted would be great!

Don't know about unfluted, but the 30 Carbine Blackhawk would be choice #1 for me.

There are stainless .41Mags, fluted & unfluted, but doubt there's many available as parts.

Between cost of cylinder and cost to rechamber(unless doing it yourself) could probably have one made for the same money. Also, are you rebarreling/reboring? Some gunsmiths offer a full package to cover all work done.

I don't know of an option for rechambering. The .30's are all carbon steel and as you already know, the .357's are a bit short. Might be better to just have one made. Then you can stretch it in both directions and fill the window. Like my .44.
