I have 3 of the Davidson's "Specials" that have the gold inlaid, engraved cylinders in that gun. NIB still. Not many made with the 4-5/8" bbls for sure. I also have a 44 like it in 5-1/2" to go along with them. Nice balance in the hands. I also have a few other calibers in the Vaqueros for sure; "I've warmed up to those older Vaquero's after shooting Tyrone's (Contender) a few years back. I think his was a 45 & although it shot just a bit to one side it was a very fine shooting gun. Up until that time I never cared for a fixed sighted gun but that one really changed my mind. I almost broke the law when he wasn't looking!! Dick" Yes,, the gun in question here is a .45. And it USED to shoot a bit to the left & low. Well, that has been corrected. And Dick still wants that gun to move to a cold climate. He shot a sweet one hole group with it. I wanted him to shoot it,, to make sure it was the gun & not me that caused it to shoot low & left. After that,, I had to slip & hide it,, then put it away under lock & key!

They are nice cmh. Here's mine (Bad Pic!) Have had it for many years and it's my favorite "woods buming" revolver with Lyman 250gr. Kieth LSWC's at 900 fps. You're going to like yours a lot I'm sure.
