Any idea how the "loading alignment" gets corrected . This issue has always created a constant "discomfort in the keister " . What parts get massaged or does he just "open up" the hole in the frame ? That's a good question that hasn't been asked or answered. Dave does not freespin the Single Sevens. But, does give the cylinder much more movement within each "click" of rotation. The alignment has much more play in it and allows the cartridge to fully eject without having to make a full rotation if you pass up the window. Not wanting to be a nag but I would sure like to know how it comes about and how much improvement can be had ,,,,, short of freespin. Any "Hints " after receiving the gun back or follow up discussion with Mr. Clements.

Thanks for posting those pictures...
As I said earlier, most of the work was internal. But, the seams of the gripframe, etc are so well fit they are barely visible.
A few aftermarket changes include White Outlined Rear Sight Blade, Crescent Ejector Rod, Ferminator Front Sight, Blued Hammer, Belt Mountain #5 Base Pin, etc.

Very nice. Was this originally a Bisley?

Huey is that real ivory? No matter what it makes that gun pop. No and I should have posted that. They are a synthetic material that looks and feels like real ivory. They were made by Lance Schofield.

I honestly don't know. All I do is order the grips and install them. Here's the website... www.lsgrips.com

Thanks for all the positive comments. Finally took the gun out to the bench this evening.
All cast bullets stayed about 1". Not unusual for 5 or 6 shots to make one ragged hole. The gun shoots better than my ability.
American Eagle factory ammo opened groups up to 1.5" more or less. But, I'm a cast bullet revolver loader anyways.
Even 32 Magnum shot extremely well in the gun. Couldn't be more pleased, but have come to expect this work from Dave.

I've spent the last 30 years trying to avoid blued guns in favor of stainless; but you may convince me to reconsider. Beautiful gun.
