Has anyone built a Single Six into a flattop? If so who did it and pics. I wish Ruger would make one. I have Several project SS’s around I want to do something with.

I seem to recall seeing pics of a few over the years. Not a hard thing to do. Just make sure you have the "meat" on the frame for the sight cross pin.

This is possible. Eyeball a few cylinder frames to see where the cross pin is located in relation to the frame ears. If the cross pin hole is lower than the frame forward of the ears then it should work out. The lower, the better. For whatever reason this cross pin location varies slightly from one gun to the next.
Also, it may be possible to install a micro rear sight instead of using a traditional non flattop rear sight. I prefer the sight picture of a flattop due to the squared off edges found on these rear sights compared to non flattop rear sights. The channel must be opened slightly but can be done with small files. Of course the forward section of the channel is squared instead of rounded. So some micro welding would be required.
Would be nice to see Ruger put out a flatopped single six.

John Powers did a .327 that has a flat top and a damascus barrel.
