Needed a second Vaquero and finally found one for a trade last week. By the time it got here from California and my 3 day wait frrom Illinois, it was yesterday before I could pick it up. So now I have a 4 5/8" blue and a 5 1/2" stainless, both in .45 Colt.

One for fair weather, one for foul. Are they the large frame 45s or the newer , smaller frame Vaquaro's ?

They are both original, large frame. I have XXL paws so I was waiting to find them.

Nice, they can go from mild to wild. I had a 4 5/8 Bisley Vaquaro in 44 mag. It was a pleasure to pack around. Lively with a 300 gr @ 1200 fps . but shootable.
