It appears this info may be a bit late. I have a CZ452 American LH (3/8 dovetail). I used CZ 3/8" to Weaver Scope Rail Adapters (by J&P Custom Products) under Burris Signature Zee Rings, available in 30mm (from Brownell's). This combination has proven to be very satisfactory over the past two years. Burris also makes an Offset Insert Kit with 0.005, 0.010, and 0.015 in. offsets, in case you should need to adjust for long-range work.

Rvolvr I kinda wished I'd seen those before the Talley's came as I like those rings. We'll see. I need a good cheek weld low to the gun and Talley's are the lowest choice

My 452 sits under a Leupold FX-3 25x40 AO in 1 inch Medium rings. The objective clears the barrel by less than 3/32". Every combination is its own beast, so there's no sure way to know what'll work until you try it. I also prefer my scopes as low as I can get them, never having had one come out "too low". When there's a noticeable gap, I think they look goofy - case in point, the typical German Mauser sniper rifles, in spite of being historically correct.
I haven't heard of Valdada before, but looking at their website, they make some pretty nice looking scopes, and I'll be looking further. Thanks for enlightening me. I hope your installation works well!
