Or, (don't know the how-to details)as Synd did, get a 454 SRH cylinder fitted into your RH ? Always thought his solution to a packable serious bear whacker pretty slick.

Try looking at the WFN design if you want the big meplat. The WFN is claimed to lose some of the fine accuracy at longer distances, but there are tradeoffs everywhere in life.

After participating and learning from the thread about the Swift A-frame revolver bullets, I'm reconsidering my need for a really heavy WFN solid cast bullet...lead is economical for practice and obviously great for hunting, but at the ragged edge, it seems the solid copper flat nose bullets are doing a bit better for dangerous game.
