Got my Precision Center 475 in last week. It came out nice. It has a 4 5/8 barrel. Took it out and shot 130 rounds through it yesterday. Mostly lighter stuff with 30 heavy loads. Like my production 500 it is very accurate. Clearances are very tight. Fit and finish is nice. I did disassemble it and smooth sharp edges. Going to put some more rounds through it tomorrow.

I like it very much! I am warming to the look of those BFR Bisley grips...especially on the less than 6" length barrels. That looks great!

Thanks guys. Not sure on weight. I would guess around 50-52 ounces. Love the balance of the 4 5/8 barrel. That has become my sweet spot for barrel length on single actions.

I received my Custom Shop Bisley in .475 Linebaugh about a month ago. A Service Representative at Magnum Research told me that one man makes all of the Custom Shop BFR models. He also informed me the man takes great care building these revolvers as they are a personal creation which reflects his love of this revolver, and that if asked about any particular gun can remember the details of almost every one he has made. I hope you enjoy your BFR as much as I do mine. Merry Christmas from Traverse City, Mi!

I am hoping to talk to him at Shot Show this year. I am really enjoying the 475. Shot it again today with the 500. Really good balance with the shorter barrel. I have two more on order. Another 500 JRH and a 500 Linebaugh. Both in 4 5/8 barrel also. The wait is now up to 4-5 months. Merry Christmas to you from Yuma AZ.

My buddy & I are both ordering as well... him a 460 10" fluted Barrel... Me... I'm still on the fence... thinking 375 Winchester & 5.5" barrel... I also will be ordering with the black Bisley grips... ( I just like darker grips on a stainless gun ) I got a chance to talk to Brett at the Shooters Round-up at Alhman's Gun shop this last fall... it was my 1st chance to put one of the BFRs actually in my hand... handle one, you'll want one

Merry Christmas to you, Firedude. The .500 JRH is next on my list. As I am retired it will take a while to save for it. Please post your impressions when it arrives!
