The 45 OM Blackhawk is rarer than the 44 mag Flattops. Only made for 3 years,, and sought after,, especially in the short barrel. That is a nice package,,, only missing the shipper. The only OM Ruger with a lower production number is the 41 mag,, and it was made from 1965 until 1973. And there were only about 125 fewer OM 41's made than the OM 45's. The 44 Ft's enjoyed a production of more than 6,840 or so MORE than the OM 45's. So,, as to value,, you have to decide; "Is it worth it to ME?"
If you are looking for a shooter,, then I'd keep looking. If you are looking for a display example,, that one is a nice package.

You can find deals on shooters. A buddy bought a convertible 4 5/8” 45 OM last summer for around $500 or $600. Great condition. Just no box or papers.
That seller’s offerings typically seem to be on the higher side of the market but he doesn’t sell raggedy looking guns either. And i have noticed on the rare occasion he does, he prices them as such.
