Don’t know what OCD is, but your approach to accuracy is Country Simple and I respect it. David Bradshaw Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Don't ask why I know! That is It! I've stated before that when I started playing with revolvers again I had spent most of my time on the 600 yard line with very heavy rifles with great big scopes. 3" groups at 600 yards did not interest me unless the wind or mirage were really acting up. My need to test accuracy came from this! Anyway, I found that the gun and bullet had to be very close friends to make me happy. Same thing applies to revolvers (and semi autos I have found). I'm fascinated with how accurate a good revolver can be and enjoy reading about many of the shooters on here. With my meandering post about done, when I want extreme accuracy with the FA83's, I'll open a box of Sierra Tournament Master bullets in either 357 or 44. My cast bullets are very close though and where I've seen the best with them when they are PC'd. I'm now playing with 1911/2011 pistols in 9mm and 45 but only with jacketed bullets. They put a smile on my face too.
