Can we get more info on this? I thought one could only get a 38 spc on a single six frame.
How big is the cylinder? how much does the whole package weigh?

So, what kinds of loads are you running through that thing? Bullet weight/velocities?? I told him the load i was gonna use is 17 gr of WW296 and a 158 gr JHP so that’s what it is built around. But right now, it is sighted in with 110 gr factory ammo. Can we get more info on this? I thought one could only get a 38 spc on a single six frame. How big is the cylinder? how much does the whole package weigh? Pic of the cylinders are on page 1. It is within an ounce or two of a 6.5” 22 S6.

Preferably an OM frame though so you don’t see the hole in the loading gate area when you open it up for case head clearance like you would on a NM

Why do some smiths (clements for example) refuse to go bigger than 38 for six shooters, is it because they're not opening the frame window?

If I were them, it would be a safety factor also known as a moron factor. Unfortunately, you could tell someone not to overload something and they will anyway, and that particular case head may not work with a 6 shot and still not interfere with the Rachet. Yes they have to open it up, I can’t see any way around that.

What a great gun Joe! Looks even better than you described. If you're ever down this way I just might have some ammo that I, no sorry I mean that we could shoot
