Don't blame you for leaving it as is. Those Maximums are something special. I'll be casting more 194 Bradshaw-Martin bullets towards the end of the year. PM me your address and I'll send you some from the next batch. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Chasing perfection five shots at a time"

Coogs is a member here and a collector who is doing a study on Rugers 357 Max revolvers..... both he and David Bradshaw are a wealth of information on them.

Congrats on finally getting one.
Back in 1984,, when I heard the news about their demise,, I was a poor working slob who couldn't afford a box of ammo for them,, much less one of the guns. But I knew they were special, and were going to be desirable. I now own 3 of them,, and would easily grab any others that come along at a good price. I'm actually trying to sneak an El Dorado away from it's owner in 357 Max. Back when they were being made here,, the two calibers I wanted one in were 45 Colt & 357 Max. I couldn't afford one back then,, but now,, I'm a bit better off. And I have found one in 45 Colt,, so,,,,,! (But the owner is a stubborn cuss!)
