Video was well done! Tell us about your shooting sticks please. Looks like there is a shelf to rest the butt of the revolver on, am I seeing that right? Again well done!

Again well done! foxtrapper, your eyes are not seeing an illusion. That's a homemade attachment I built back in 1990. It will fit most any mono/bi/tri-pod that has the standard screw off attachments. It's been my "PSR" for many years. I built it out of sheet aluminum, so it weighs almost nothing. It's not bench rest sturdy, but it's aided in the death of many critters over the years. In the video, it's attached to an original Primos Trigger Stick. It can be removed and reattached in less than a minute; it's pretty handy.

Ya know, back in the day, I was going to try and get a patent and market is as "The Pistol Pod". Well, that was when I learned a poor-boy ain't getting no patent...LOL... That being said, It's a one of a kind. I've never made another one. I actually made it in metal trades shop in high school. I'll see what I can come up with and let you know. My biggest problem with building one is finding the time; that's harder to find than the material and equipment.

Kral Great video, great hunt! Is that holster from freedom arms? No...that's a "Southeast Hunter" from Doc Barranti (Marketed as a Northeast Hunter). It is a fantastic holster for hunting all day. It handle a full size scoped revolver better than any holster I've tried in the past- and I've tried many.
