So... a couple updates... I've been speaking with Dave Clements, & he e-mailed me this last weekend, & said Starline was working on the trademark or some such on the 10 mm rimmed that Dave's other customer has having made, & progress is still being made there, on a factory 10 mm rimmed case...
I completed forming the 1st 25 of my 10 mm rimmed cases from a new batch of Starline 41 Special cases... all that is left, is to trim to length, & to remove the old headstamps... I told Dave, that I was hoping to not shorten the cylinder, & keep the cases headspacing on the rims... he said he was going to order a different reamer, to make sure everything is proper for headspacing on the rims... I should have the 25 cases done within a couple weeks, & a few dummy rounds mocked up to send with the revolver... so the revolver aught to be heading out to Clements custom guns in a couple weeks...

Pretty cool if starline ends up producing the rimmed 10mm! I went the easy route and have Dave making me up a 41 special GP.

I have 25 - 10 mm rimmed cases done... they head space nicely in my 10 mm auto Buckeye... pictures following tomorrow... a couple of dummy rounds loaded using 180 grain XTP's... so I'll be sending out my GP-100 to Dave Clements, along with some cases and the dummy rounds this week or next...
Cartridges look "natural" in the single action Buckeye... can't wait to get this double action going

parting off the formed cartridges in the lathe... these are made from Starline 41 Special cases, & have the same head stamp pattern as my 401 Powermag, with the factory 41 head stamps removed 10 mm Rimmed in my Buckeye... knurling off the factory head stamp... Flattening the knurl down again... These are 401 cases but the 10 mm rimmed has the same pattern... still need to get a picture of the cartridges... I learned I can seat the bullets out a lot further in the revolver, than what will fit in the magazine of an auto
