That shore is purty.......... Thanks! it's a hard one to sell for sure, which is why I withdrew it the last time. Turnbull and Persinger really did an outstanding job on these. One of the most well finished guns I own. all the flats are flat and the corners sharp. The only reason I'm letting it go is that I have it's twin in 38 special and really don't feel like gearing up to reload another caliber.

Talked to Denny at Turnbulls last week and found some more info on these guns. I always thought they were engraved by Turnbulls in-house engraver Tom McArdle, but it turns out that Adams and Adams as well as John K Pease engraved a number to Turnbulls design. Tom thought that based off these pictures, Pease engraved this one. Also, in addition to Persinger, Dan Chesiak did a bunch of the ivory for this run. Not sure which one did this set of Ivory.
