Anyone know if these will have a proper 32 barrel or did they stick .308 on there like everyone else seems to do?

Not sure who "everyone else" is, but I'd be surprised if they used anything except .311" bore stock.

Yeah probably shouldn't have said "everyone" else . Even the custom TC barrel makers use .308; although JD Jones might not.

My MGM Custom TC is .311" 1 in 16 twist too. No doubt it works either way.
Guess just a personal preference.

MGM 327 Federal barrels are listed under .311 bore, I just ordered a 12" Contender barrel last week.

If you go to the "Build a Barrel" option, the 32-20 is available in either .308" or .311".
The 32 Long, 32 Magnum, and 327 Federal are .311"
This is the crew that started with Fred at Bullberry, eventually forming VVCG, then selling out and becoming MGM. I've dealt with them about 25 years.
I really like their barrels and they kindly mark the bore diameter and twist rated on them. Its covered by the forearm when assembled.

this is good to know... I wrote them about doing a 32 caliber about a year ago... looks like I need a 20" steel model for CASS... I like the looks of the brass model, but with the smaller bore & heavier octagon barrel it think it's too heavy for it's target group of shooters, from my collection being a 32 it fits in as a women or kids CAS set, so the rifle should be as light as possible... I thought about trying to get a carbine lever, ( carbine gun doesn't hold the required for CAS 10 cartridges )... hmmm... maybe with the 32 H&R though??? because I have big hands... but in reality I'll be shooting my 45 Colt, so someone with smaller hands is likely to be using the 32 anyway... this one may move towards the top of the list, when they get released...

Should be able to use same ammo in Single Sevens, SP-101, TC Carbine and Henry without increasing pressure. Found on their site where the 16.5" Henry Steel should weigh 6.5 lbs. I'll go for the 20" that should only be a few ounces more. Appreciate your effort and follow up on this.

FYI...I called Henry today an spoke with Keith...Barrels/Brass or Steel frame are .312 dia based off 32 H & R per he.... Good to know, now I really have a dilemma. I think for my uses a TC barrel would make more sense. The only reason I was leaning towards the Henry was because I wanted it to be able to digest the same ammo as my SP 101 and Single Seven. I really think pushing oversized bullets through a .308 bbl ahead of a 45,000 psi cartridge is a bad idea. A TC barrel would certainly be cheaper. I know the correct answer is to buy them both. Need to do some thinking. Dean

I have a 24" TC barrel in .32 HHeR.My wife and I use it as a walking around varmint rifle. It weighs less than 6lbs. With Williams Guide receiver sight. The throat is large enough to handle .314" bullets. The .308" bore is not a handicap. Many years ago I tried to push bullets as fast as possible. I finally worked out that 115- to 130-grain bullets at 1,300fps or less was about ideal for raccoons and porcupine. The 24" bull barrel is a "self opener" in the TC carbine which is important in the field. The barrel is quiet enough that the occasional shot is not an ear ringer. The rimmed cartridge is important when wearing gloves. Gloves with rimless cartridges are a problem. We have a 24" .300 Whisper barrel with the ejector which is useful for the hunter in winter.
