Paul, do you know if they are the same external size as the Hogue grips that Ruger puts on their Alaskan and SRH revolvers? No sir I don't. They look real similar. Paul105 may be able to answer that though.

Paul105 may be able to answer that though. Hogue Tamers (RSRH) vs. S&W 500 X Frame Grips Did some quick and dirty measurements with calipers and some personal hands on general “touchy feely” impressions. Some very subtle differences between the two. The S&W 500’s: A bit shorter, Slightly narrower, Have less pronounced finger groves, Straighter backstrap, Not as deep of an undercut behind the trigger guard, and Don’t feel quite as bulky overall. I like them both, but prefer the S&W 500s (probably because I use them quite a bit more). Grips are very personal, so take this for what it worth. Paul

Thanks, Paul. I like the tamers that are on my 2016 SRH in 480. My guess is I'll like them on a S&W M69, too.

Yes thanks for that Paul. I too get along with the Tamers on my SRH so would think I'd get along with the 500 grip. I'm really considering a 69 now.

Anyone know if they're going to do another run of the xframe grip in a different color?
Why don't they list the 69?
