I guess I am confused. I thought the mid frame flattop was made only a few years ago. If made in 1982 in 45 Colt and not a "new Vaquero" it should be large frame right? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure if the Lipseys flattop is a large or mid frame. If the serial number prefix is two digits, it is a large frame. If the SN prefix is three digits, it is the medium frame.

I'm not sure if the Lipseys flattop is a large or mid frame. Lipsey's flattop frame same size as earlier flattop frame.
