Gotta love a hound dog. We've got a 4-pack of the German short-legged variety.

This is the last SpaceX Falcon 9 that went off a couple of weeks ago. We are 77 miles from the pad and it looked HUGE. 2:47 AM on a Saturday. Now that I look at it, that what my Trijicons look like!

Manatees,,, love them. I've swam with them many, many times. As noted,, injuries to all of the ones I've ever seen except young pups. Why? Motorboat props cut them,, because the cruise near the surface & have to come up for air. Propeller injuries cause the majority of un-natural deaths to them.

My sister's dog. Great Pyrenees. The picture doesn't tell her size. When she lays flat while feeding she's almost six feet tip of nose to round of rump. Nat says 150 plus. She's not gonna breed her any more after these, she lays on the puppies and kills them. Even if the holler, she doesn't move. Killed five of nine last litter.

I got an arc welder for my 13th birthday... I got pretty good at melting things together by my 1st welding class in school... Got a different fabricator buddy that has his 3-4 year old grandson doing welding art already...

I did the same with my son when he was that age. By high school he was bored with stick & wire feed and took-up TIG. He won a state-wide high school competition at a community college when he was a junior, placed second as a senior. It is a great skill to have. However as a former professional welder, I cannot recommend it as a career. Managed to talk him into being a machinist where the welding can complement his machining skills.
