Each new winter is colder then the last and the big hills now become small mountains. Life`s a bitch... James i feel your pain, I've seen 68 winters and when i was young it was another season for adventure. Now i buy a case of deep heat and pray for spring.

Am in my 60's and walk 5 miles a day 5 days a week. We live at 7,000 feet so when we travel to lower elevations feel like I got a boost of power. When you are younger it doesn't seem to matter as much. From 25-40 I was an avid Dall sheep hunter and didn't exercise much. During this period the determination and will power was more important than how fit I was.
