FWIW Looked for a 414 DW way back when... Never found one. Alan Harton made one for me! Just needed a cherry 357 Maximum and a little time...

I have a similar one Stan complements of Curtis. 414 Super Mag Alan Harton built Ruger Super Black Hawk Bisley Hunter in 414 SuperMag. The revolver started out as a 357 Maximum and Harton mated a stock Ruger 41 Magnum hunter barrel to the frame. Cylinder was bored to 41 caliber and a bisley grip was mated to the frame. Fantastic revolver and a true, one of a kind Ruger.

Anyone out there try any of the heavyweight .41 bullets.....300+ grains besides the few that already have.

Looks like my name just keeps popping up here and there. I thought that 2 Dogs said my 15 minutes of fame had ran out years ago. I have two 41’s, a Redhawk and a Freedom Arms. If I’m not buried with them, at least I’ll die with them! Just wish I could shoot them more often.
