From El Mirage: go stand out in your yard; look due east until you see a small mountain with 4 peaks= Four Peaks; Javilina, couse whitetail deer, quail, black bear, mountain lion and maybe feral pigs. Feral pigs are huntable year round, no tag, east end of Mogollon Rim Country. All The Best, Rob

I adopted this 38 Special Shooting Master a few weeks back. It appears to have been made about 1928.

Nice old Colt, all you guys got some nice ones. A quick mental inventory tells me I have only owned 2 Colt revolvers. A Rep 3rd model Dragoon and King Cobra. I think I may have to correct that.

First one is my Lawman. It is my SHTF gun. Purchased 12 years ago for the princely sum of $180 , the blue was a little rough so i had it parkerized--- i probably wouldnt do that today, but oh well --- these old Colts weren't originally made to be collector pieces, they were made to shoot -- and mine gets shot a lot 2nd is an 8" Python -- very low time on it- no cylinder turn line and absolutely no flame cutting. Regrettably i have put less than a box through it since i have had it -- havent had much time on my hands. 3rd is not pictured because it is in layaway, but a nice 6" nickel Python will be joining the group soon.

Purchased 12 years ago for the princely sum of $180 , the blue was a little rough so i had it parkerized--- It's not often these days to see any Colt wearing "workhorse" attire, especially on a Lawman. I think yours looks great, thanks for sharing the pic. Definitely show off your Python when you get it.
