There's no way for them to tell from an Internet listing if its synthetic, elephant, walrus, elk tooth, or rat tooth. We all know government agencies are notorious for getting it wrong so they'll likely confiscate for testing. Wouldn't surprise me if you get a few phishing inquiries from the Feds. If you have any intentions of selling I think it's wise to do so now or find someone in your state willing to buy and get your papers in order. Otherwise I intend to keep mine.
