gjn.... agreed, your .45 Auto Rim looks beautiful. I'm thinking your FA M97 has a .45 Colt cylinder. If so, as an experiment----before you hitch yourself to the work & expense Bowen outlines----you might try deep seating the load you show in .45 Colt brass. Crimp just above bullet shoulder. Its a LBT 250 WFN GC and when I spoke to Veral about it he said he would make the mold to keep as much of the bullet out of the case as possible.I use a fairly hard alloy and the bullet ends up around 235 grains. I've been using it in two different S&W 625's and it shoots great.

that is a fine looking bullet. I wonder how that would work in a 1911--say chambered in my .460 Rowland?
